The steps we are taking. Paul Miller Motor Company

We continue to increase deep cleaning and disinfecting all departments and work areas. In addition, Fred Sizemore is leading the Emergency Supply Stocking Activation (ESSA) team. This team is designed to make certain we have what we need moving forward to stock and supply our STARS with what they need.  We have also installed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to handle customers' vehicles. We have defined social distancing and moved STARS accordingly. We have installed rotating schedules and work from home options. David Wilson is working on PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) plan. 

He is finding sources for respirators (N95 Masks)  for our Stars and also for the community. Billy Gorth is working with our Business Development center guide plan for communicating with our customers and handling the internet leads for sales and service and the communications planning from our website and our BDC Associates. 

Employees are asked to continue to disinfect their own work areas throughout the day and to practice good hygiene in regards to hand washing, coughing into their sleeves, and social distancing when possible. Please limit touching your face, eyes, and mouth.

Paul Miller Ford  Offering Convenient “Touchless” Services During COVID-19 Pandemic

Lexington, KY (March 20, 2020) – Paul Miller Motor Company is extending special purchasing and servicing options amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of their exclusive Paul Miller Direct program, employees will deliver vehicles and paperwork to houses for a “touchless” checkout, as well as pick up and deliver their vehicle for service. Customers are invited to contact the dealership to schedule an appointment.

“We just want our customers to know that if they want to come into the dealership we’re here, and they can feel comfortable that we are following every

guideline for sanitization in both the store and our vehicles. If they’re not comfortable, but want to take advantage of the really incredible offers right now, then all they need to do is contact us and we’ll make it happen,” said Billy Gorth, Vice President of Sales.
